100% Whey is named after its main ingredient whey protein concentrate, which is a protein source extracted from the liquid left behind during cheese production. It typically contains around 70% protein, with the remaining % consisting of the beneficial nutrients found in whole whey, such as healthy fats, carbohydrates and immune-boosting peptides. This also means it is higher in lactose. Due to the presence of fats and carbohydrates, 100% Whey has a creamier texture and a richer taste.

Vanilla: Instantised Whey Protein Concentrate (97%) (Ultra-Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate (MILK), Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin)), Flavourings, Thickener (Cellulose Gum), Sea Salt, Sweetener (Sucralose), Bacillus Coagulans (LactoSpore®), Colour (Carotenes), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).
Recommended Usage
Consume 1-3 servings daily, ideally before or after a workout.
Mix 30g, which is approximately one heaped scoop (which is included in the tub), with 200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender.
These are guidelines and a thicker consistency can be achieved with less liquid, or non-skimmed milk.
Once mixed, drink immediately and do not leave to stand. The scoop measures in millilitres not grams, so for precise measurements we recommend using weighing scales.
