SUGGESTED USE
Suggested Use Add 1 scoop (10g) of Dynamo XT powder in to a shaker bottle and pour in 150ml of cold water. Shake until mixed and consume 20-30 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed 1 scoop (10g) per day. A scoop is provided inside this pack. Food Supplement. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
