This version aims to deliver the expected high energy but with a prolonged tunnel-like focus which lasts, making those longer, tougher sessions easier to conquer. As with its predecessors this version of H8 is still an intense ride but a smoother ride overall. Again, this is definitely not one for the caffeine or stimulant sensitive types.
Suggested Use
How to use DNA Sports H8 V3:
Mix 1 scoop (15 g) 230ml – 250ml of water 20-30 minutes before your workout.
Avoid consuming this product within 4 hours of bedtime to prevent any sleep disturbances due to its energizing properties.
Do not exceed 1 scoop within a 24-hour period.
This supplement is intended for use on training days only.
