Suggested Use:
Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 400ml of fruit juice or water.
Training days: Consume 1 serving Pre Workout one post workout and one before bed.
Non-training days: Consume 1 serving three times per day spread out evenly throughout the day at meal times.
After 8 weeks use take 1 week off before starting the cycle again.
