Directions
Mix 1 level scoop (11g) with 200ml - 300ml of water. Take 20 minutes prior to workout. Not advised to take during evenings due to high caffeine content.
You may experience flushing and tingling effects. This is perfectly normal with this product as these effects should lower with continued use.
